Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.8 Build 20220407 Rel. 69134

I have 4 identical Deco X50's.

All are working fine, but when I check for a firmware update none is available.

When I check support, I can see version Deco X50(EU)_V1_1.1.0 Build 20221102 is available since 2022-12-08.

Why can I not install this via the App? App version is 3.2.10

You could download the 1.1.0 firmware and manually upload the firmware via web UI:

I also suggest you should change the DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 and check via APP upgrade again to see whether you could detect the new firmware or not:

@Heidi_Alp Thanks for the reply. I know about the manual firmware upgrade, but wish it works via the app :)

About changing the DNS for the ISP dynamic IP, it's not possible....
