Hi,

I have got a TL-MR3220 Ver:V2.4

I has a LAN 1 indicator on yet no cable is connected. When switched on it does not proceed, its stuck.

I have tried updating the firmware but its not possible since it doesn't complete booting.

How can I have it fixed

Hi,please try different wall socket to power it on, and also try to reset it by holding reset button/hole for about 10s to see if it helps.

If it still cannot be powered on properly, please contact the retailer where you bought it to check the warranty.
