Deco network has unreasonably slow download speed for no clear reason, even over ethernet

I get 50Mbps down and 25Mbps up from my ISP. This morning, the download speed on my Deco network has slowed down to 100-200kb/s, while my upload speed has remained unchanged. This happens even over a direct ethernet connection to the main Deco.
I have tried:
- Restarting the network
- A hard restart of all hardware (modem, switch, main deco)
- A firmware update
- A speed test from the main Deco using the app. Speed was normal
My network topography:
- M5
- M4
- M4
- M5
- M4 (Ethernet link)
- M4
The M4 connected over Ethernet and its satellite are basically disconnected from the rest of the network, as it serves a seperate flatlet.
The hardware setup on the side of the main Deco is a fibre modem connected to port 1 on the M5, and a switch connected to the second port. The switch has ethernet connections running to the M4, and to my computer.
I can't work out why the download speed would suddenly slow to a crawl, even over ethernet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Update:
The switch isn't the issue. I connected my computer directly to the Deco and the same issue occured.
The switch is unmanaged, and is connected to the main deco as it does not have enough Ethernet ports for my network. It's just to connect the one Deco with an Ethernet backlink and my personal computer to the main Deco over Ethernet.
For devices, I'm testing the speed through speedtest.net/fast.com, connected to local servers in my city. For the Deco speed, I'm testing it through the built in functionality in the app.

I have a guest network because my TV will only connect to 2.4Ghz networks, but I wanted to have my main network on 2.4/5Ghz. Disabling it had no effect as far as I could tell.
