Hi, please double check the hardware version of your MR100, is it V1, V1.20 or V2? please note that only V2 supports Tether App.
If it is indeed V2, please make sure your phone is connected to the MR100 WiFi, turn off mobile data and VPN if there is, then re-open the Tether App.
By the way, if you are using an iPhone, please also make sure the local network permission has been enabled for Tether App on your phone.
