Model: EAP610-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.6

I have 6x EAP610 and were being controlled by OMADA CONTROLLER (Hardware Version) with the same SSID under VLAN40/23. Some wifi users were connected but without internet. Any solution for this?

The APs are on the newest firmware version?

Is your DHCP lease time low?  DHCP Scope big enough?

BY chance those clients who are not getting an IP, have good signal?

Thanks much for your reply.

All APs are on the latest firmware.

Lease Time: 120 Minutes

DHCP Scope is big enough: 510 Network IP Count. Current users are only 125.

I need to check yet about their signal strength.

What are you doing for your router and/or switch if any?  Make/models?

The router and the switch were setup for wifi purposes only in school campus.

Ok, I suggest you default both devices using the hardware reset button  (depress for 15s or so) and then re-adopt both router and switch.  That should ensure your router an switch are in sync with the configuration on your controller.
