SSID on base says TP-Link_3C95
WiFi on phone says TP-Link_0969
So password on the base does not work
How do I solve this?

If the SSID doesn't match that you can see on the phone, try to turn off the router and refresh the Wireless networks on your phone to determine if that SSID does come from the router.
If the router is broadcasting a different SSID, that might be changed before when you first configure it. You can connect your computer to the router with an Ethernet cable, then login to its web page to confirm what is the SSID and password. This is the guide for your reference.
If this doesn't work either, then the last sort would be resetting the router to factory defaults by pressing the RESET button as described here.
