If the problem cannot be resolved, please let me know who your ISP is, send us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page, then go to Advanced->System Tools->System Log page to save a log file for analysis.
By the way, could you please double-check the hardware version of your MR200 on its bottom label? there is no V12 for MR200 currently. Please also check the firmware version.
