  @RahulGupta @Singh91

Hi, could you please send us screenshots of Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page when using the Jio 5G SIM card? and please also save a system log file on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page.

If the network type shows No Service on Status page,  please also check whether the same SIM card works fine on your smartphone and which 4G band the phone is using:

By the way, @RahulGupta since you mentioned that all your routers including Huawei and also MR600 don't work, it is highly recommended to contact Jio to confirm whether the SIM card is allowed to use on other 4G routers after upgrading the SIM to 5G.
