Issue Description/Phenomenon:

The team recently received some feedback that the Ring Chime Pro (2nd Gen) won't connect to the Archer AXE75/AXE95 network, and may report there is a problem with the internet connection when connecting to the wireless network of the router. All the other devices such as Ring Floodlight Cameras, Ring Doorbell, and Ring Stick Up Cams are all connected to the internet without an issue. We would like to provide some suggestions/solutions here in the community in regard to the reported issue and hope they would help.

Troubleshooting Suggestions & Solution:

After searching and going over a few topics online, we finally find a solution, or may call it a workaround that may help address and fix the issue. You may reserve an IP address for the Chime Pro on the AXE75 or AXE95, this can ensure the Chime Pro receives the same IP address every time the router reboots or the Chime Pro is detected.

Here are the steps to do Address Reservation on the AXE75.AXE95:

Step 1 Find the MAC address of your Chime Pro.

Step 2 Add an Address Reservation for the MAC of the Chime Pro.

Step 3 Try again to set up and connect the Chime Pro to the router.

Below are the details instructions to configure Address Reservation on the AXE75/AXE95:

Hope the above solution would help solve the Chime Pro issue that you may experience but do let the community know if it is not. We are always happy to assist.
