TP-Link Mobiler AC1200-Dualband WLAN 4G+ keeps loosing connectivity via LTE
Hello,
I am having TP-Link Mobiler AC1200-Dualband WLAN 4G+ as an Access point. Using LTE network. It disconnects from the world at least one per month and is then also no accessible via app remotely.
Do you know why this is happening? How can access it remotely or keep it awake? Is there some autoreboot option in deivce itself?

Hi, do you mean the LTE disconnects once a month and lose internet access? who is your ISP please?
Besides, what is the hardware and firmware version of your MR600?
When it happens next time, please don't reboot it, send us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page and then go to Advanced->System Tools->System Log page to save a log file for analysis.
By the way, for comparison, do you have any other 4G devices that could always stay connected with the same SIM card at the same location?

@Sunshine provider is Drei (hutchinson Austria). I am not on site so this will be sorted now with reboot only.
then I can share FW version with you. This was happening with ZTE router but not that often. SIM card replaced, based on provider SIM is connected (as it reconnects everyday), but I cannot access router remotely as it seems to be offline.

Hi, is there anyone on the MR600 site? If so, it is highly recommended to confirm if MR600 internet is still working or not when you are unable to access it remotely.
Besides, you are usually using Tether App to manage it remotely, right?
If internet stops working as well, it would be LTE disconnecting issue, but if internet is confirmed to be working fine when it shows offline on Tether App, it might be some issue related to cloud connection, in that case, please send me a private message to provide the MAC address of your MR600 and the TP-Link ID.
