Rest button is not working.

How is it possible to login the router

Did you press and hold the reset button on the back?   It needs to be held down until all the LEDS go out, then release and this should reset for you.

 

Too short a press will actually enable WPS, which will show a flashing LED but does not reset the device.    I usually hold it for ages :)
