Hi, please try the following steps to see if the signal can be improved:

1) Place your router in an open area near a window and power outlet. Look for a location where it could receive a strong 4G signal. It is recommended to try windows on different sides of the house for the best signal.

2) Try to reboot the router and check Network Type, Band and signal strength on Advanced->Status page of the router web interface

3) Insert the same SIM card into another 4G device to check if it receives a good 4G signal, if so, please check the network type and band again to see if it uses the same band as the MR400.

If you test it with a smartphone, please refer to the instruction below to check which band your phone is using: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/3488/

4) What is the firmware version of your MR400 v3? and do you have any other SIM card for testing on this MR400?
