Hi, the default wireless password is different for each product, so we don't have it from our end. If the WiFi card is lost, please check the label on the extender itself, or send us the screenshot.

 

However, if the wireless password is not visible on the label as well, it is recommended to connect a computer to the extender via Ethernet cable to login the web interface of the extender or use tpPLC utility to check the current wireless password.
