my friend uploads VPN software to the router. now i want to reset and erase everything from the router. i tried to use the reset button but the router didn't take a reset.
how can i erase previously uploaded software from the router?
please help me.

Hi，what is the hardware and firmware version of your MR3420? factory reset could only clear the router settings but will not change the firmware version.

 

And what do you mean by VPN software? do you mean third-party firmware has been updated on this MR3420? if there is any issue with the product, please share with us some screenshots
