Hi,
Do you mean you just get no connection to the Internet when using LAN ports 1 to 4, but connections within your router's own network do work fine?
Or can you not make any connections at all?
If it's the former, then it shouldn't be a hardware problem.
In case it's the latter, can you please check if the device that you've connected to any of the LAN ports 1 to 4 shows up as "Connected" on the status page of the AX6000? (similar to what is shown on the screenshot below)
You probably have to click on the "Router" pictogram to show this information.

@woozle Hello, thanks for answer.
For example, i put the lan cable into PORT 1, my Samsung TV.
My TV have not internet access.
And dont appear in ip tablet. The same thing happens with LAN Port 2 to 4.
See attached image.

Ok. What do you see if you click on "Archer AX6000" instead of Clientela.
Can you see a screen like this somewhere?

Ok. The router does not recognize that the TV has been plugged into LAN port 1.
You should test LAN port 1 to 4 also with the PC.
If the AX6000 recognizes neither the TV nor the PC on LAN ports 1, 2, 3, 4, then it looks like the AX6000 does indeed have a hardware problem.
