After inserting the card (I tried on 2) and trying to configure, the above error appears.

Hi,

1. what is the hardware and firmware version of your MR6400?

2. who is your ISP? by "on 2", do you mean O2?

3. please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page

4. please save a system log file on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page and send it to us.
