El adaptador no se enciende, lo conecté a diferentes puntos de corriente (220V) pero sigue sin encender.
Probé los puntos con otros dispositivos y había corriente y funcionaban perfectamente.
Aparentemente vino quemado o defectuoso

Hi, you mean no any LED or even no power on one of your powerline adapters? 

Please press the pair button for about 10s, if still no any response, please contact the seller where you bought it to check warranty and get it replaced.

Yeah, I also try your solution but nothing. The other problem is that I cannot contact the seller
