Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: no idea

When i bought a data only sim card in France and installed it in the device it would not connect to the internet because the security was insufficient - it needed WPA-P3. Can I upgrade to this level of security?

Hi, M7350 supports wireless security WPA or WPA2, it doesn't support WPA3. However, it will not affect the internet access, may I know if your client device is connected to the TP-Link WiFi? and is there any error message?

 

Besides, if internet doesn't work now, please do some troubleshooting as the following instruction:
How to troubleshoot if there is no internet connection when using 4G Mobile Wi-Fi

 

In addition, what is the model no. of your client devices? please share with us some screenshots if there is any further issue.
