I have just set up my Archer C6 router, but can't use the internet.

I am using PPPoE method to connect to the internet. I have double checked the username and password.

The old Tenda router is still working but this C6 router still has no internet access.

Please check the screenshot.

Hi,

 

Did you setup the Tenda router yourself back when it was installed?

 

If not, have you verified on the Tenda that there exist no additional configuration settings related to the Internet connection that are required by your ISP?

 

Also, you might want to test if cloning the Tenda's MAC address to the Archer C6 makes any difference.
