Hi,

 

I tried all the solutions; initialization, restart ... but the problem persists sim card is not detected

Hi, may I have a screenshot of your Advanced->Status page to check SIM card status? Please also try different SIM cards, and try restarting the device with SIM card in.

 

If indeed no SIM card can be detected, please try factory reset as well by holding reset button for about 10s until power LED starts flashing.
