Hello,

I have a MR600, 5 repeater mesh (RE305) with more client wifi (about 35).

I have a problem with the printer (I try with HP Printer and EPSON Printer but is the same).

this is the problem:

The printer have a automatic IP for excsemple 192.168.1.8. Ramdom, everty day che printer don't comunicate with PC or Smartphon. the wifi in the se same but don't find it and I cant print!

if I send a mail to the printer, it's ok (the connection to internet is ok)

 

I have restart the printer but the problem is the same

 

only if I restart the modem MR600 the printer go online and work.

 

I have setting the static IP in the printer but the problem is the same.

 

what can I check? I try to Address Reservation but is the same problem

Hi, when the problem happens next time, please try to ping the printer IP address on your computer to see if ping still works, which could confirm whether they are still able to communicate with each other.

How to Use the Ping Command

 

By the way, may I know if the printer is connected via Ethernet cable or via WiFi? please make sure the Ethernet cable is in good quality, try different Ethernet cables if available.

thank you.

now I cant' found the printer!

 

The printer is online and have IP 192.168.1.5 

 

but if I ping 192.168.1.5

 

 

the printer is online with the serve to remote print (By Email)

 

 

If I restart the modem all work correctely...... for  some days.......

 

can yuo help me?
