Hello.   Please help.
We have an MR200 4g on board our motorhome and sometimes have trouble with the mobile network signal strength as we go to remote places.

Im thinking of getting a couple of external antennas to help when the signal strength is bad.
my question is are the standard factory supplied antennas on the MR200 for the WIFi frequency and/or for the 4g mobile network frequency?
we don't need to extend the WiFi range only to try to boost the 4g signal.
Thank you.

Hi, may I know the hardware version of your MR200? please verify it on the product label.

For MR200 V3, the two external antennas are WiFi antennas and they are undetectable, thus unable to be changed, but for other versions such as V4, V5 or latest V5.30, they are LTE antennas, and the connector type (on the antenna) is SMA male.

Thank you for your response.  We have a V5 unit.  So if I understand you correctly,  the two detachable antennas are for the 4g and not the WiFi.
