Cant find the solution. Ive tried to change the sim already.

May I know how did you confirm the SIM card is not detected? please share with us the screenshot of Advanced->Status page to confirm the SIM card status.

 

If indeed no SIM card can be detected, please make sure the SIM cards work fine on other devices, then try to restart the MR200 with SIM card inserted properly, also try factory reset: with the device powered on, press and hold the reset button for about 10s until power LED starts flashing.
