Given that version 4 of the Archer C7 is rather dated I am assuming that you have had this router in use before.

So, was your current Internet setup with that cable router and the Archer C7 working fine previously, but now it suddenly stopped working?

Or was the C7 previously used at some other place in combination with a different Internet connection?

Anyway, if you could log into your Archer C7's webpage using a computer and post a screenshot of the router's Status page or even the Advanced -> Network -> Internet page here, then that might help people to assist you better.
If you don't have the IP address of the C7 at hand, then try to access the webpage via http://tplinkwifi.net/ .
