Problème connexion WhatsApp en wifi sur Archer AX53
Bonjour,
merci

@SVK_Fox I have put my Archer router in the DMZ of my ISP router to fix this issue.
hope that helps.

Hello, since the orange box has Wi-Fi as well, I suppose it is also a router, in that case, it is recommended to configure the Archer AX53 to Access Point mode to avoid double NAT, please refer to the instruction below to configure it to AP mode to see if it solves the problem:

Thanks for your answer.
I host a web server (raspberry) plugged to my AX53 router and I need NAT port forwarding to be able to browse it from the internet via my public IP.
I assume that it won't be possible in AP mode. Can you confirm?
It's wired that everything works fine on my AX53 network (raspberry, web server, NAS...) except this whatsapp connection. (that works if I connect whatsapp on my mobile phone directly connected to the wifi of my ISP router instead of the AX53 wifi). Don't we have specific settings to check?
Thanks.

@NicodAngers I have the same issue. Any update how did you solve this issue?
My problem is very similar: when I have a WhatsAPP call, after 10 sec its interrupted and its not possible to connect again. After few hours the same scenario repeats. This issue started few months ago, cca in MAY 2023 and its really annoying, the only solution is tu turn off wifi on my phone and make a WhatsAPP call thru GSM data.
