Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210803 Rel.55933n

I reset the modem and when doing the quick setup modem does not detect the default APN SIM card. I also tried to enter APN manually through the Advance settings, but my modem still could not connect to the internet. I have tried the same SIM card on an Android mobile and it runs normally, the default APN is detected automatically and can be directly connected to the internet.

Hi, May I know who your ISP is? and did you try any other SIM cards?

Please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page, then go to Advanced->System Tools->System Log to save a log file.

In addition, may I know if this MR6400 was working fine before? or never worked since the purchase?
