Hello,

 

I have recently upgraded to 200 mbps connection but even my ISP provider shows connection speed to 200 Mbps but when i connect my router the negotiation internet speed stuck at 100 mbps even I have set as 1000Mbps in settings.

 

Please can someone suggest and I have factory reset but no luck

Try connecting to a different port of your ISP device or using another cable (CAT 5e/6) for connecting the C6 to the ISP device. Usually the cable included in the C6 kit is the best choice.

  @terziyski I did the same even the ISP guy came and confirmed all good, when i connect directly from device to my PC it works flawlessly with desired speed even the cable is Cat 5e. I tried doing everything as of my knowledge. But still persist
