I test parental ocntrols and noticed that with internet access turned off when I went to Youtube it slowly still got information from the site. With Parental control active for the MAC address of the device selected and Internet access set to paused in parental controls it still got Internet information very slowly.

Hi, please try to clear the browser cache and DNS cache to confirm if the parental control rules take effect or not.

 

In addition, except for Youtube, how about other application or websites?

  @HomeNotifier very slowly yes. It can be tested by simple going to a youtube site with internet disabled.
