does anyone have this happen to them?
Try running the Network Optimiser to allow the deco to change channels, just incase its a flooded airspace issue.
To diagnose the issue, I suggest exchanging the position of the two satellites. That will allow determining if the issue is caused by the environment or by the appliance.
