Hi why does my m4 says its updated but its just 1.1.9 instead of1.5.2

I know of two reasons why firmware update would not happen through Deco app, even when new firmware version is available:
1. Your M4s have original firmware customized for an ISP. If your M4s were given to you by an ISP, that may be why.
2. Firmware on Deco units is too old to be updated through Deco app. Instead of giving error message "update fails" Deco app will tell that no firmware update is available.

Follow Method 2 of that document.
@HaroldAronchay It looks like your firmware is a customized one, from an ISP.
If it is, then contact the ISP for latest firmware.
Also, the latest "regular" firmware for M4 (V1) is 1.5.6
