Recently the parental controls app hasn't been working on the app.  I've tried logging into PC, but admin log ins didn't work and haven't been changed. So unable to access on PC.  School holidays and kids are basically getting unlimited internet access on all of the devices. PLEASE HELP!

I've not been able to reset passwords as it just keeps saying to try again.

What do I need to do?

Hi, thank you for posting on TP-Link Community.

1. What is the model number, hardware and firmware version of your TP-Link router?

2. Please share with us screenshots of your parental control settings on the App and what you are trying to do with the parental control.

3. Please check time settings of the router to make sure the router system time is correct

4. Regarding the web interface login issue, the default local password is usually either "admin" in lower case, or created by yourself when you set it up at the first time, if admin doesn't work and no other possible password, you could reset the router to factory defaults by holding reset button for about 10s. Please kindly note that all the configurations will be lost after the factory reset, so you will need to set it up again.
