Might be a stupid question but I'm going to ask it anyway. I have an Mr500 with external poynting mimo ant on an unlimited O2 data sim - download speed is great but upload is very slow, typical speeds are 20 megs down but .5 up. Is this my set up or the ISP?
Hi，3G/4G Internet speed is mainly affected by network type and band, 3G/4G signal strength and ISP base station etc., if you feel the speed is low, please refer to the instruction below for troubleshooting:
@Sunshine Thanks for replying. I've been through the troubleshooter with no success. When first set it up I had great speeds up and down the up speed dropped overnight which is what led me to think O2 might be the problem. I will check to see if they have an alt APN tomorrow and see if that makes a difference as well as testing with my phones EE sim.
@Sunshine another question should I use the APN for iPhone or android? O2 have different APNs for each?
