Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 201207 Rel.56223n

My Router TL-MR6400 v5 00000001 sim card not dictected, anytime i login to my admin keep showing  Error Code: 1 Internal Error.

i have reset the device several times still not working. please and please anyone with helping hand?

May I know if there is anything special before the issue started? such as firmware update or something else?

 

Please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page and also a system log file saved on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page.

 

In addition, please make sure your SIM card itself works fine on other 4G devices.

Hi,I am afraid the device is defective, because the status shows empty and even the IMEI shows undefined, it is recommanded to contact the seller where you bought it to check warranty and get it replaced.
