I'm in the UK and I've changed provider from Sky to BT. I can't get my extender to work again using the app. I've used the reset button but it's not appearing in the WIFI list. Can someone please help me?
@NellB1960 Exact same thing here. Used the app, WPS button, factory reset - nothing works!
I finally got it working. I pressed the reset button, left it out of the socket for an hour or so, then went back to it. Incredibly it decided to work! No rhyme nor reason, it just decided to connect with the WPS button at the 4th time of asking! Hope you get yours working too
