My jio 4g SIM not working with TP-Link MR200. I recently bouth this production from Amazon. It works with VI and AIRTEL both networks. The main reason to not work with jio is that It do not support IPv6. Since Jio is a IPv6 Address provider, The router is not working on.
Hi, please confirm if your Jio SIM card is still 4G or has updated to 5G, or was it inserted into any 5G smartphone?
Please try IPv4 only, IPv4&IPv6 and also IPv6 only in the APN profile settings, then let us know the screenshots of Advanced->Status page and also system log file.
By the way, what is the hardware and firmware version of your MR200? please check the hardware version on the product label which will show 5.0, 5.20 or 5.30 etc.
The sim is 4G and it has inserted in 5G smartphone before using on mr200. It works on both 5G and 4G smartphones. The hardware version is 5.3.
