TP Link Firmware Recovery Utility

Hi
I've just managed to brick one of my PA9020P powerline adapters by attempting to upgrade the firmware. I noticed an earlier thread with a link to a TP Link Firmware Recovery Utility but the I can't download the file as it seems to be missing. Can anyone give me a link to download it please?
