Won't connect to VPN for the wife's work

What do I do, not very tech savvy and nowhere can I find a phone number to talk to someone!!

Hi,

 

Does the VPN client your wife uses have a name that you can tell us?

 

Apart from that check if all the VPN "passthrough" options in your router are enabled.

 

(depending on the version of your Archer C6 the "ALG" sub-menu might be located inside another menu)

  @woozle her VPN is sonicwall connect tunnel

This is a screenshot is that everything switched on??

She works for the NHS if that helps

Is the Connect Tunnel client running on a computer that has an Ethernet (LAN) port? 


In case it is, can you test if the VPN can work fine if the computer is directly connected to your broadband Internet? (I mean without using the Archer C6 at all)
