Model RE-200

password changed by my network provider can use the wifi but cannot use the extender. The new password is not accepted by the extender so the internet connection is not working from the extender. (Tried with using both the new password and the old one) I tried to reset the extender but not connected again. Could you please help?

Hi, RE200 is a dual-band extender and did both 2.4ghz and 5ghz fail to work after updating the password?

Have you ever checked whether the network provider has changed something else except the wireless password, such as access control or firewall?
