Parental control
When I enable parental control and add the device, it blocks all access to that devise even if I have no restrictions set.
ie. i turn parental controls on, I add my kids tablet to it. I don't set any time limits or restrict time of day. I only put YouTube on the block list, but it blocks all access until I shut the parental control off
