Archer C64 is definitely supported by the Tether app.
Make sure you are really connected to the network of the Archer C64 when trying to detect it with the Tether app or attempting to access the web management page.
Is this a brand new Archer C64 just out of the box or have you previously been able to log into the C64 and already changed various settings on it?
