Can't find a model number or hardware or firmware
It is brand new out of the box today
Have tried rebooting Extender and
Modern but no lights
It did make a popping noise when switched on but now run out of ideas ?
The model number is RE220 (UK)

Hi,
Are you saying after you've plugged the RE220 into a known-good wall socket, none of the RE220's LED lights go on or at least start blinking?
If that was the case, then it must be defective.
