this would help router work much faster

If you would like to change the Internet DNS servers, please refer to this guide: How to Change the DNS servers on the wireless router and DSL modem router 

 

Or you could also change LAN DNS servers on Advanced->Network->DHCP Server page.

yes but for cloudflare most routers it needs to be setup off the Wan section setup in the lan section can cause conflict slow down your dns traffic which no one would want that

Hi, you could also set DNS servers manually for the WAN section:
