Hi, Please insert the SIM card into another 4G device or smartphone to make sure internet works fine.
Then please refer to this guide for troubleshooting: Troubleshooting guide of no internet access with TP-Link Wireless 4G LTE Router working as 3G/4G Router Mode
If the problem still happens, please let us know the following details:
1. who is your ISP please?
2. please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page
3. system log file, you could save it on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page.
