I'm trying to install the OmadaSDN docker on my Raspberry PI 4 but when I start the container it gives this error:

It's running PiKVM (Arch) on the latest docker version, this is the docker volumes and entrypoint (yes, it's portainer):

@Clive_A thanks for the reply! Later I found a solution in MongoDB's Github, I just needed to remove the mongo.lock file in the /data folder.

Now I'm having another issue where it doesn't detect any omada product in my network, it should be 4 (ER605, TL-SG2218, TL-SG2210MP and EAP620 HD(US)), they are already managed by my other controller but it should at least appear there with "Managed by other controller" message.

On the console this is part of the output:

Hi @Chris_45

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

You can terminate the mongo DB process manually and launch it again.

BTW did you set it to start with your Docker launch?

If this persists, you should consider reinstalling the software again. A clean uninstall and reinstall. And make sure you install Java.

Hi @Chris_45

So, basically, you should worry about the port. Is this VM having a firewall protecting it? Turn it off or set up a rule to allow the ports: Which ports do Omada SDN Controller and Omada Discovery Utility use? (above Controller 5.0.15)

Not related but could also be helpful down the road if you modify a port: What to Do If the Omada Software Controller Fails to Start on Linux After Modifying the Port ( Controller 5.5.6 or Above)

@Clive_A theorically it should work, these are the ports that I assigned on the Omada-controller docker:

It's curious that on my main controller running at Unraid only the 8088/8043/8843 ports  are configured and it work just fine.

Hi @Chris_45

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Not sure about your container. Is there a direction on your rule? Have you tried the reverse of UDP 29810?

@Clive_A yeah these arrows are quite misleading, but you cannot change that

Some update that I forgot to add before, this error is due to the fact that PIKVM OS is 32bit and MongoDB is incompatible with it, but it'll run just fine on any 64bit OS
