I attempted to set up Internet, but it was not able to connect. The user name, password, and VLAN ID are correct (provided by BSNL), but it still appears to connect and disconnect, But VOIP is configured and status connected. But the Internet is not working..
How can get updated firmware? official support page downloads not available.

@mahat
This issue for the TP-Link XC220-G3v v2 was fixed with a firmware upgrade. This was made available a few months back. Do check the official product page for downloading the firmware. I couldn't find it on the website. So, I have uploaded it to this GitHub repository:
https://github.com/Yuno-Tesu/Tp-Link-XC220-G3v-v2-Firmware
The firmware file itself is the .bin file labelled "Firmware".
Direct link to firmware:
https://github.com/Yuno-Tesu/Tp-Link-XC220-G3v-v2-Firmware/blob/main/XC220-G3vv2_1.11.0_0.8.0_UP_BOOT(240612)_2024-06-12_20.14.45.bin
Use the 'download raw file' option to get the .bin file which is the firmware.
As for the firmware available on the Brazilian and Russian sites, they do not fix this particular issue (Referring to v1.8.x).
Hope this helps.

@Yuno-Tesu Hey recently i bought this router to replace my airtel provided useless GX router. So far internet configuration is successful and working fine. I don't use voice so never bothered about it.
The thing is there is no option to check data usage of individual device in aginet app and QoS options seems older compared to my existing Ax53. There are many features in Ax53 & tether app compared to XC220 & aginet app. So, i end up using this in bridge mode & Ax53 being my main router. Ax53 with OFDMA has good range that actually i don't need second router as im getting excellent signal at top floor.
My original plan was to use Xpon as main router and Ax53 as mesh in top floor as none of my parenst devices in ground floor support WIFI6. But mesh is also not cofiguring properly. Can you please send Add Mesh page of XC220 in latest version of yours. Mine currently on 1.8.0 which says latest version and i purchased it in Amazon.

@SRV97
Sorry to hear about your issue. The tp-link support team is slow but you can try reaching out to them. Yes, as you said there is no update available from official sources like the website which is why I put this here so other users can access it as well.
As for the mesh page, I doubt it has changed much in the update. Here is a link to images of the mesh page:

I have bought this router with firmware no. 1.8.0 0.8.0v6062.0 build 230720 Rel 48094n and hardware no. XC220-G3V v. 2.0 000000 three weeks back for my BSNL FTTH connection. I have configured both internet and VoIP on my own . I had to ask bsnl to refresh the MAC address of my new router on their system after which the router is working flawlessly for both internet and telephone. The configuration gui of tp-link is completely different from my other syrotech router which is generally used by bsnl service providers so I had to figure out how to transfer settings from my old router, but I was able to do it suceesfuly . This router is extremely stable and the gui is considerably simpler from other chinese white label routers such syrotech, digisol etc. . also you can control the router remotely using the tether app from tp-link. As far as I know this is the only mainsream brand fiber router currently available in indian market.
