Hello, I have Bsnl FTTH Connection. Recently bought TP-LINK XC220-G3V.
I attempted to set up Internet, but it was not able to connect. The user name, password, and VLAN ID are correct (provided by BSNL), but it still appears to connect and disconnect, But  VOIP is configured and status connected. But the Internet is not working.. 
How can get updated firmware? official support page downloads not available.

Kindly help as soon as possible.

Kindly provide the latest version of firmware. Also inform whether TP link shared the firmware to BSNL Team for this router.

Hi, the XC220-G3v is a model for ISPs, we community don't have its firmware information, it is recommanded to contact your ISP if it was provided by your ISP, or contact the local support team in your area if you purchased it from retailers on your own.

To all those who are all facing issues with BSNL Fiber Internet connection. Please reach out to your BSNL service provider.  I have Purchased this XC220-G3v Model from amazon on my own and faced connection issues using my BSNL Fiber. So i just gave my Router to my ISP (local cable operator).. they configured it for me and now im able to connect to Internet successfully without upgrading the firmware. There is no need to downgrade or upgrade the firmware.. just with factory firmware it works good.. just the configuration has to be done by BSNL team. (I dont use telephone landline so only Internet is configured) XC220-G3v v2.0 --- 1.8.0 0.8.0 v6062.0 Build 230720 Rel.48094n

Experiencing the same issue with BSNL FTTH on my TP-Link XC220-G3V. It seems like a firmware update could resolve this connectivity problem. Anyone aware of where to find the v2.30 firmware update since it's not available on the  Photo call official support page.
