TP-Link XC220-G3v v2.30 updated firmware required for BSNL INTERNET ISSUE
Hello, I have Bsnl FTTH Connection. Recently bought TP-LINK XC220-G3V.
I attempted to set up Internet, but it was not able to connect. The user name, password, and VLAN ID are correct (provided by BSNL), but it still appears to connect and disconnect, But VOIP is configured and status connected. But the Internet is not working..
How can get updated firmware? official support page downloads not available.

@mahat To all the people who are thinking of purchasing this model router. If you are willing to use voip/ telephone service regardless of which isp bsnl or airtel or any local who gives ftth telephone facility. Your telephone will now work properly unless you reflash the firmware with the one provided by tplink support service. Yes if you are purchasing this for internet only then you dont need to flash this router. but anything else and you need to flash this router with a older version of firmware which is provided by tplink official support only. lastest version in market is 3.2 or 3.8 all have same issue whichever you buy. so avoid purchasing this or flash it. its to much hassle so just by something else

Facing the same issue with my BSNL FTTH connection on TP-Link XC220-G3v. Seems like a firmware update might be the solution. It's frustrating when official Elite Bounty support pages don't have the necessary downloads.

@mahat frnds without downgrading the firmware this router is not usable for any isp where you want to use both voip and internet hence dont buy this and if u have done then u can contact me regarding the same or just travel to your nearest tp link service centre

Don't put a wrong impression. You must have configured it in a wrong way. Ask your ISP to configure it for you or just share here what is the issue. But do not post any wrong information.
I am a BSNL user and I configured my ONU myself, as an engineer I know it. I am running it in latest firmware obtained from TP Link Brazil.

Can you please confirm what configuration you changed on the router and how. Mine is XX230v model and my local provider has no clure as to what configuration needs to be changed. And TP link support doesn't even reply back to my queries.

@sasebruh : you are 100% correct. It was my wrong decision to purchase a TP-Link XC220-G3v. My ISP also failed to activate Voice on this GPON Router. There is no Update on this for BSNL.Digisol is far better GPON Router.

@Confeder8 if you reflash the firmware with the one that is provided by tp link do all the settings config step by step without repeating any step then only voice works. Firmware will be provided by tp link support call via email or via online support of them if u need firmware that i am using then u can dm me. I had put the link i got from tp link in my old msg as well. Its alot of trouble to get things work so anyone thinking of buying this one just dont.
