I bought a set of 3 Deco M4 units. Two are working well but the third one keeps disconnecting. How can I get it tested and replaced?

How often is this disconnecting and is the top LED showing RED?

Did you try locating the node in the same room as another node to test this? If it holds solid when located closer to another node it may simply be the distance to its previous location is too great.
