Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version:

I had enabled auto shut down for my device between 11pm to 6 am

And one day I wanted to disable this but I was in the above window and could not see the option or neither it showed any any options to login to device and change settings.

How should I proceed in case of such situation.

Hi,

Unplug the RE200 from the wall socket, wait around 20 seconds to allow it to de-energize completely, then plug it back in the wall socket.

After it has booted up again (could take a minute) you should be able to log in and operate the RE200 normally. It should ignore the currently running power-off time window and remain powered on until the next power-off time is reached.

It works like that on my RE305, so I assume it will be the same on your RE200.
