Hello Forum Members,

I hope you are all doing well. I'm currently facing an issue with my TP-Link Load Balancer and would greatly appreciate your insights and assistance in resolving it.

Issue Summary:

My TP-Link Load Balancer setup seems to be encountering a problem where the LAN IP becomes unresponsive after approximately 10 minutes. During this time, I experience ping timeouts, and my internet download speeds drop significantly.

Configuration Details:

LAN IP: 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.254.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS 1: 192.168.0.1
DNS 2: 8.8.8.8

 Hi @Muhammad_Arif

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Have you run down the cables and made sure they are okay?

What else do you have on your router? Because this is not gonna happen out of nowhere. So, is there anything special on your router?

You can reset the router and try again.
Have you checked what's the IP address on your device? Is the IP 192.168.0.1 ping-able?

If the 192.168.0.1 is ping-able then there is nothing wrong with the LAN.

I suggest you contact technical support for further troubleshooting.
